Moving!

My free write today is about my moving! I am taking 18 credits this semester that includes my internship and I am currently 7 months pregnant, have a puppy less than a year, and I just moved! Phew, what a busy last week it was. I am so happy to have moved from my previous apartment to a new apartment with my husband. We moved to be closer to his work, but it does mean I am driving furhter for the internship.

Moving was harder than I believed it was going to be. This is my first child, so I didn't know how tired I would be each day after organizing and packing up all of our items. And who knew I owned so many things!! I was able to pack all of our belongings up, while my husband loaded and unloaded the cars each trip. I am so blessed to have family and friends that helped with the moving. I made time each day for school work, so that I would not fall behind, but I have decided I never want to move while pregnant again!

  1. I can imagine how difficult all that must have been! I hate moving, but after it gets done you love it! I have a dog that is about a year and a half and I know the struggles that can cause when moving, but I cant imagine having to handle that as well as being pregnant. I hope your internship is going great and that you can finally enjoy your new apartment.

  2. Yikes! Moving while pregnant definitely does not sound fun!
I can totally relate to you with being busy! I work 40+ hours a week as an account manager, am taking 18 credits, preparing for graduation, planning my wedding that is coming up in June, and have 2 very active dogs. Somehow we find the time to do all of the work, right?
I applaud you for being 7 months pregnant and doing all you do! I have not been pregnant yet, but I imagine it is a hard job all in its own, especially while juggling school.

  3. Congratulations on your first child and your new apartment! Moving can be so exhausting - I can't imagine how difficult it must be pregnant! It sounds like there is a lot of exciting stuff going on for you and your family. Wish you the best.
